After a long holiday lull, I’m back in crazy audition mode again. I rarely get more than one appointment a day, but today I have three!
Fueled up with an old reliable – oatmeal hasn’t made an appearance on this blog in a loooong time!
- 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 cup water
- 1/2 small plantain (<—mistake; I meant to buy naners)
- Handful frozen blueberries
- Packet NuStevia
- Sprinkle of ground flax
Yesterday I was at The Grove, today I stopped by her younger (but larger) sister’s – The Americana at Brand
Pretty much the same; I feel they have better stores here (but The Grove has The Farmers Market going for it). Stopped into H&M to get a pair of sunglasses…
…and somehow wound up buying 4 pieces of outerwear.
Justification: There's a great sale going on right now!
Had another half hour – I did some work at the Barnes and Noble, something I used to do when I lived in NYC to kill time between auditions.
Can you imagine the reading section at Union Square looking this empty?!?
Now I’m back home to change, walk Julius, look over some lines, and have a quick apple-themed snack…
…one more to go!

How long were you acting in NYC for? Is there a professional reason you decided to move to LA? I’m just wondering because I’m planning to move to LA eventually but I wonder about going to NY instead.

How funny! I’ve been stuck in the post-holiday rut, but finally had 3 auditions today as well! I was running from place to place all day. Love it.
